Shipping Policy

At Phoryor Skin, we aim to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are our current shipping terms:


📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take a little longer.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


📍 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Phoryor Skin is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend:

  • Double-checking your shipping address at checkout

  • Choosing a secure delivery location

  • Contacting your local carrier if your package is marked as delivered but not received

If you believe your package was lost in transit, email us at phoryorskin@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to help.


🛑 Incorrect Shipping Information

If you enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at phoryorskin@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we can’t reroute the package.
