For chafing, cracked patches, and skin that flares up when you so much as look at it.

A breathable balm that covers and comforts skin that has had enough. No actives. No acids. Nothing asking your skin to do work. Just cover, comfort, and let it be.

Reach for it before a long walk in a dress, on dry patches that will not respond to lotion, on chapped and windburned skin, and on the one spot that is still unhappy days after a wax. This is the one I hand people when their routine has quietly become the problem.

What it's for

  • Dry, rough patches that don't respond to lotion
  • Chafing and friction relief
  • Cracked, chapped, windburned skin
  • Post-wax and post-treatment comfort
  • Skin that flares up and feels reactive
  • A dry, compromised skin barrier

How to use

Apply a thin layer to dry or compromised areas as the final step. Use over Fix It Spray and All Over Oil for full barrier support, or on its own on emerging dry patches.

Why it works

Beeswax + candelilla wax form a breathable, moisture-locking shield. Calendula-infused oat oil and marshmallow-root-infused jojoba oil help calm the look of irritation. Cocoa + shea butter deeply comfort dry skin without clogging. Raspberry seed oil and vitamin E round out the fatty acids the barrier uses to rebuild.

When to reach for it

  • Before friction, not after, Inner thighs before a long walk, a run, a hot day in a dress. Prevention is where a balm earns its keep.
  • On the patch that won't quit, Elbows, heels, knuckles, the dry spot that's been there all winter. Thin layer, twice a day.
  • The night after a wax, Spray, oil, then a thin layer of balm over anywhere that feels raw.
  • When skin is angry and you don't know why, This is the "do less" step. Stop adding actives, cover it, give it a few days.

Common questions

Is it vegan?

No. It contains beeswax, so it isn't vegan. It is cruelty-free. We'd rather tell you plainly than let you find out after it arrives.

Is this basically Vaseline?

No, and the difference matters. Petroleum sits on top and seals, that's all it does. This seals and feeds, with cocoa and shea butter and infused oils underneath the wax, and it stays breathable instead of shutting skin in completely.

Will it clog my pores or feel heavy?

A thin layer is the whole technique. It's meant to be a shield, not a mask, most people use far less than they expect to.

Can I use it on my face?

On dry patches, yes, around the nose in winter, cracked corners of the mouth, flaky spots. It has no added fragrance and no essential oils, which makes it one of the simplest things you can put on reactive skin. It's not meant as an all-over face moisturizer.

Can I use it on my lips or cracked hands?

Yes to both.

Does it have any fragrance?

No added fragrance and no essential oils, which is deliberate, this one was built for the skin that reacts to everything else.

Is there a nut allergy concern?

Shea and cocoa butter are both technically seed butters rather than tree nuts, and reactions are uncommon, but if you have a known allergy, check the full list above with your provider before using it.

Do I need it if I already use the oil?

They do different jobs. The oil nourishes and absorbs. The balm stays on top and protects. If your problem is friction, chafing, or a patch that keeps cracking open, the balm is the one doing that work.

I'm pregnant or nursing, can I use it?

We can't give medical advice, so please check with your provider. It has no added fragrance and no essential oils, which usually makes that a short conversation.
